  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Facilitation Experience: Proficient in facilitating discussions and committee work, fostering collaboration and productivity.
  • Pattern Recognition: Keen ability to identify patterns, gaps, and connection points, bridging small details within the broader context.
  • Change Management Expertise: Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner with extensive training in Enterprise Change Management and the ADKAR Model.
  • Peer Support Advocate: Provides peer support for transgender individuals, drawing from personal experience and 16 years of advocacy within the 2SLGBTQ+ community.
  • Community Engagement: Actively involved in community organizations such as the Gender Variant Working Group and Aging with Pride/Spectrum.
  • Leadership Roles: Founded an LGBTQ+ theatre company and currently leads the Rainbow (LGBTQ+) Employee Resource Group for Prosci’s global organization.
